TEAM DEPOSIT:

Team deposits of $500 will be asked for by registration deadline.

TEAMS PAYING WITH ONE CHECK:

GaitCup would prefer teams to pay with one check (but we will also take players paying individually, if need be). If your team wishes to pay with one check, please make sure to verify that with GaitCup administration.

INDIVIDUAL PAYMENT:

Please note: For teams paying with one check, individual accounts will not be marked as PAID until GaitCup receives the full payment for the team from the team’s coach or association.

REFUND POLICIES:

Cancellation fees for GaitCup will follow the schedule below and apply to all campers. Depending on when you cancel your enrollment for our camp, a cancellation charge will be assessed as stated on the Cancellation Fee Schedule (see below).

No refunds will be made in the event of an interruption or cancellation by any camper or parent after commencement of the camp. are subject to cancellation and in the event an enrollment is canceled, a cancellation fee will apply.

  • No refunds will be given on any camp for no-shows.
  • No refunds will be given for any missed days of a camp.
  • GaitCup’s Payment and Cancellation Policy is subject to change without notice.

 

CANCELLATION FEE SCHEDULE

  • Cancel 280-22 days before camp: Refund= camp price minus $200
  • Cancel 21-10 days before camp: Refund = camp price minus $250
  • Cancel 9 -1 days before camp: Refund= camp price minus $300
  • Cancel Day camp starts or later: complete forfeit of enrollment
